MYC Spring Product Launch in Wuhan

Shanghai MYC started a countrywide product introduction, with Kling & Freitag loudspeakers and CADAC consoles in Wuhan.

The city of Wuhan is the metropolis in the center of China and has been chosen for this first event also because of its numerous theater sites. MYC is presenting in this own event series quality products in the field of professional technology of speakers, mixing consoles and microphones. The event took place in cooperation with the Hubei Dance Art Society. Beside some customers, there were also invited a large number of professional technicians and managers from the Hubei Song & Dance Theater, from the Wuhan Song & Dance Theater and from the Hubei Opera.

During the opening presentation, the SEQUENZA 10 Line Array system of Kling & Freitag was shown. The visitors were very impressed by the compact dimensions of this system which might be the quickest to be flown, and also of the perfect quality of reproduction and the maximum reachable sound pressure up to 150 dB (4 SEQUENZA 10 units). Due to these qualities, the system is appropriate for very different types of concerts and events. The recently introduced innovations GRAVIS 12, NOMOS LS and PASSIO - successors of the CA and SW models - are modern systems with highest performances. These new models of the ProRental range are - exactly as their precursors - ideal for the use in the event business and in auditoriums and concert halls, theaters and stadiums.

Lang Jun, the technical manager of MYC spoke about Kling & Freitag and about the numerous outstanding projects all over the world which had already been realized with K&F products. He was followed by Jiang Yang who reported the history of the legendary company CADAC and the success concept of the manufacturer of mixing consoles. At the end, Tao Yong, the manager of Audio-Technica, presented the patented technologies and practical applications of the radio-controlled systems of the manufacturer Wisycom.

During the presentation, a large variety of very different music samples were shown, proving impressively the high quality of the three product groups. The young singer Li Juan who had been invited by the Hunan Song & Dance Theater was fascinating the auditory by her impassioned presentation of classical folk songs. The clear and very natural reproduction of her voice could convince all auditors of the extraordinary audio quality of the shown products.
